E’ stata pubblicata il giorno di Natale l’ordinanza
del Sindaco che limita la vendita di bevande alcoliche da asporto
durante i festeggiamenti per l’anno nuovo. Il provvedimento riguarda il
"nocciolo" del centro storico attorno a Piazza Maggiore, ossia l’area
compresa tra le vie Farini, Carbonesi, Barberia, piazza Malpighi,
Marconi, Riva Reno, Galliera, Falegnami, Righi, Moline, Castagnoli,
Petroni, piazza Aldrovandi, Guerrazzi, Cartolerie, Castiglione, ed è
estesa anche ai dintorni della Stazione Centrale, ossia Piazza XX
Settembre via Indipendenza bassa, via Irnerio, Piazza VII Agosto, Via
Dei Mille.

In questa vasta area scatta dalle ore 16.00 il divieto di vendere
bevande alcoliche, nonché qualsiasi bevanda in vetro o lattina, per
bar, locali e ambulanti ("paninari" e simili); dalle ore 20.00 per
esercizi commerciali e artigianali, come i minimarket gestiti in gran
parte da migranti (i cosiddetti "pakistani").

Nelle zone non interessate dall’ordinanza (tra cui ad esempio
Strada Maggiore dal portico dei servi alla porta, via S.Vitale bassa, e
le vie Centotrecento, Mascarella e Borgo di S.Pietro, dove non è
difficile trovare locali e alimentari aperti anche tardi) resta valido
lo stop alla vendita da asporto alle 22.00 come da regolamento in
vigore dall’8 gennaio scorso.
Poco di cui stupirsi. Non poteva certo andare giù al Cinese che la sua
Bologna law&order si trasformasse per una notte in un paese dei
balocchi: così, un po’ Tex Willer, un po’ Mastro Lindo, può compiacersi
di una bella serie di restrizioni, in nome della "civile convivenza",
per "prevenire i rischi a danno della sicurezza" e "garantire l’igiene
nelle strade e negli spazi cittadini".
